About the experience
Please purchase tickets in advance for the driving simulator experience.
- Each session is approximately 10 minutes and costs 100 yen.
- Tickets are not sold inside the museum.
- Only electronic tickets are available (credit card payment only).

To customers who have purchased tickets
Please confirm the Meeting Time and Experience Start Time, and arrive on time for the Meeting Time, in front of the Driving Simulator on the second floor of the main building.
Please note that if you arrive late for your scheduled experience, we will be unable to provide cancellations or refunds.
For electronic tickets, specifying, changing, or canceling the experience start time or driving console is only possible until 10:20 a.m. on the day of your visit. Changes are not permitted with Seven Tickets, so please carefully check the times before purchasing.
